"Not exactly what I ordered"
My order did arrive, but opening the package was a bit of a letdown. One of the items I chose wasn’t in there, and another one wasn’t the same as what I picked. I reached out to support, but it took a while to hear back, which didn’t really help the situation. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I probably won’t be rushing to order again anytime soon.

"I had to keep chasing support..."
I had to keep chasing support for days just to get a basic answer. When they finally replied, it was slow and barely addressed my question, like they hadn’t even bothered to read it properly. Frustrating when the issue was simple and I just needed someone vaguely competent to help.

"I’m giving it 2 stars because at..."
I’m giving it 2 stars because at least the order actually arrived, but I was disappointed. A couple of the items tasted stale, and the dates were way closer than I expected, which just made me feel like I got stuck with the leftovers.

Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, since that usually seems to happen to me, but for the price I really thought it would be better. Shipping was fine, but that’s about the only part I didn’t have an issue with.

I tried it hoping I’d notice some kind of difference, but i didn’t feel much change. The company makes it sound impressive, but I’m always a little skeptical of that polished marketing talk. For me, it just didn’t do much

"Didn’t really do much for me"
I followed the directions and used it the way I was supposed to, but i didn’t notice much of a difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt kind of pointless. Shipping was totally fine though. Actually, no, let me be real, I was disappointed because I was hoping for at least some kind of change, and I just didn’t get that.

I’m frustrated with this order. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting for it to show up. I reached out a couple times, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer my questions. I get that delays happen, but the lack of clear updates made the whole thing even more annoying.

"Pretty decent for immune support"
I tried this for a little immune support, and it seemed to help a bit. Nothing super dramatic or anything, but I did feel like it was a nice little boost. Overall, it’s okay and I’d probably keep using it here and there.

"I wanted to like it, but it was confusing"
I tried using problkhealth.com and, i just kept getting kind of lost. Like, maybe I was missing something, but the pages didn’t feel super clear to me, and I found myself clicking around way too much just to find basic info. It might make sense to other people, sure, but for me it felt frustrating quickly. I ended up feeling like it wasn’t really worth the time.

"Didn’t really work out for me"
I was hoping this would help, but my skin seemed to get worse after using it. And my hair… I don’t know, I kept checking to see if it felt any different, but it pretty much feels the same. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t do much.

"Felt too pricey for what I got"
I really wanted to like this because a friend of mine had mentioned it, but for me the price just didn’t feel worth it. After trying it, I didn’t see enough value to justify paying that much, especially when there are cheaper options that seem to do pretty much the same thing.

"Packaging was just okay, honestly"
My order showed up on time, which was great... but the packaging wasn’t the best. The box had a little dent in it, and the shipping label looked like it was slapped on quickly. Thankfully, everything inside was fine! So it wasn’t a huge deal, but I did expect it to be packed a bit more carefully.

"Refund process felt unnecessarily dragged out"
I returned my order from problkhealth.com, the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be. I had to email them multiple times just to get a straight answer, and even after they received the return, the refund took longer than I think is fair. It did eventually come through, but making customers chase basic updates doesn’t feel right. The process was slow, annoying, and could’ve been handled a lot better

"Website could be easier to use"
I had a bit of a hard time using the website. Some pages loaded slowly, and I got confused trying to find what I needed. It’s not the worst experience or anything, and I’m sure it can be improved, but it did make things a little frustrating.

"Subscription was a bit confusing"
I’ll be honest, the subscription part threw me off a little. I remember thinking, wait, did I sign up for this the right way? And then when I tried to cancel, it took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more of a hassle than I was hoping for.

I was hoping this would feel more culturally relevant, but it came across generic and out of touch. They made a lot of vague promises about understanding different communities and experiences, but I didn’t really see that come through in the actual content

"Still not totally sure I trust it"
I really wanted to feel good about using this site, but the whole thing just felt a bit unclear to me. There isn’t much info about who’s actually behind it, and the reviews I found were all over the place. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify things again and again, which got annoying and made me even less confident. Maybe it’s legit, but I didn’t feel comfortable enough to order again.

"Felt like I was getting strung along"
I ordered thinking it would show up around the time they promised, but it ended up taking way longer. The tracking barely changed, and every time I checked, the delivery date seemed to move again. After a while I started worrying I was being fooled or that the order wasn’t actually coming. It finally turned into such a frustrating mess that I don’t think I’d order from them again.
